When Hijau Philosophy was first incorporated in 2016, it was clear from the get-go the importance of environmental protection and sustainability would be for us. Through the years we have included a bit more as part of what we do. Although not perfect but we continue to strive…and we need your help!

Here's what you will need to do...

Terms and conditions applies:-

​

  • all essential oil glass bottles accepted 

  • all glass bottles must be washed clean with labels removed

  • bottle drop off's would be when we are at bazaars (so do follow us on Instagram or Facebook @hijauphilosophy for updates)

  • 10%  disc applicable to full sized items, variants not included 

  • redemption of 10% disc would be manual. Kindly contact us when you would like to utilize the discount

  • special requests or bespoke orders are not included

  • applicable only to essential oils singles and blends with the exception of:- Sandalwood essential oil, Helichrysum essential oil, Roman/German chamomile essential oil, Cinnamon bark essential oil, Frankincense Sacra essential oil, Ravintsara essential oil, Ginger Root C02, Turmeric C02, Vetiver essential oil and Wintergreen essential oil. Also not applicable to roll on blends.

🌿𝑺𝒖𝒔𝒕𝒂𝒊𝒏𝒂𝒃𝒍𝒆 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒆𝒕𝒉𝒊𝒄𝒂𝒍 𝒔𝒐𝒖𝒓𝒄𝒊𝒏𝒈: Ensuring that our essential oils are from reliable sources that share our core values and beliefs.


🎁 𝑷𝒂𝒄𝒌𝒂𝒈𝒊𝒏𝒈: Minimizing the usage of plastics in packaging (i.e. switching-out bubble wraps and plastics from our packaging to paper/cardboard (unless unavoidable due to certain circumstances), glass bottles are the preferred form of packaging for our products and minimalist boxing. Cling wraps used for our soaps are plant based and compostable.


♻️𝑹𝒆𝒄𝒚𝒄𝒍𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑷𝒓𝒐𝒈𝒓𝒂𝒎𝒎𝒆: Return your used (and cleaned) essential oil glass bottles for a discount off your next purchase with us! All used glass bottles will be cleaned and sterilized to be reused once again. Plastic caps and inserts will be sent for recycling. All packaging received through purchases/deliveries are reused or recycled to reduce wastage and to increase its usage lifespan.
