Method of usage: Add a few drops to base oils/creams/lotions (please refer to Skin Dilution Chart) for skin care or massage purposes. Diffuse between 5-6 drops (every 100ml of water) and enjoy its relaxing and calming effects. Add a few drops to cleaning for its disinfecting properties and to laundry to freshen and liven up wash. Mixing with lavender/peppermint aids breathing discomforts. Make a room spray with 5-6 drops per 100ml water. Shake and spray avoiding varnished, porous surfaces and silk materials. Blends well with teatree, eucalyptus, rose and neroli essential oil.
